What Happened To The Attacker David DePape?

David DePape has been identified as the individual who attacked Paul in his residence in San Francisco, using a hammer to strike him.

Additionally, he asserts that Paul had never been his target and clarifies that his intended target was Nancy, his wife.

The San Francisco District Attorney’s office has officially charged DePape with several serious offences, including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, and more.

During his initial court appearance, David DePape pleaded not guilty to six charges, and the court held him without bail.

After entering a plea of not guilty, David DePape is found guilty by the jury on both counts of assault and attempted kidnapping charges.
